ACL Editor: Edit ICACLS.EXE files and save with the same signature.

I was sitting on the patio reading TechNet magazine in the pristine wilderness that is the land of 1000 lakes in northern Wisconsin. Out of the back of TechNet magazine, into real code - a ClickOnce app to read the output files of ICacls.exe and save after edits with the same signiture. After reading the article, I knew exactly how to handle it. A simple read/write ClickOnce so it can stay up to date.

After you have installed it, and you run the AclEditor application, because it's a ClickOnce application that keeps itself updated... it checks back here via the Internet for an updated version of itself and if a new version is available, installs it. So every time you run the AclEditor it will check for a new version. If a new version is available, you can choose to install it or not. However, if you choose not to install an upgrade, then you will not be prompted to upgrade when you run the application until yet another version is available. You may ultimately have to just uninstall the AclEditor application, and reinstall it via the Internet if you quit getting updates.
